Eligibility-
Eligibility for entrance mode admission
Candidate must have done B.A. (Hons.) or B.A from any recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 50% or must be a graduate from a recognized Indian university with a minimum aggregate of 60%.
Eligibility for Merit mode admission
Candidate must have done B.A. (Hons.) in Political Science from University of Delhi with a minimum aggregate of 50%.

No, you just need a commercial pilot license. You must complete 10+2 or its equivalent with a minimum of 50 percent marks in maths and physics. You must be at least 16 years of age to be eligible for a Student Pilot License, 17 for a Private Pilot License, and 18 for a Commercial Pilot License.
