Salary depends on various parameters such as size of the organization, profile, qualification, experience etc.
The initial salary of physiotherapists in government hospitals ranges from around Rs. 10000 – 15000 per month. Whereas in private hospitals remuneration is good compared to government hospitals.
In reputed private hospitals the initial income is around Rs. 17,000 which might go up to Rs. 20,000 every month.
The payment for skilled private practitioners could be around Rs 20,000 - 40,000 every month.
After gaining certain experience this field one can start his/her own clinic. In a day he/she can earn more than Rs.2000 by attending their patients.
