As per your query it seems you are interested in building your career in the field of HR, so regarding this I would suggest you to work in the field of HR for 1-2 years and then pursue MBA in HR which would further enhance your career prospects.
Once you start working after completing your MBA in HR, then after working for some years you will know which specialized course in the field of HR you may pursue which can further enhance your career prospects in the field of HR.
However you may pursue diploma course before pursuing MBA.

cheers, u hv a graduation so nothing to worry. U can pursue MBA or masters in ur relevant discipline. It will be a 2 yrs course and u can do it in the distance or part time mode. Many ppl do their studies at a later stage which is absolutely fine.All the best for ur masters degree.

distance education is need for those who work or engage in other activity.therefore there is no age limit for distance education

they have just torchered us in last 4 years. no teacher had been provided in 5th and 6th sem. always punished by taking an amount of 1000, 2000 & 5000 rs. still we havn't got security amount. call me 9910998491. don't want that any boy or girl would ruin his life by taking admission in this college.
