Yes you can resume your B.Tech after the gaps of three years. Please contact to your college for better response. However three years of gaps can be matter in placement.

For economics, Bachelors of arts will be the best options. For streams like banking, business studies, financial market, taxation which are purely commerce subjects in this B.Com will be the best option
