There are various choices in Science stream. First select MPC or BiPC. If you want to go for medicine related jobs take BiPC. If you want to go for engineering side take MPC.

No, you cannot get an admission directly. You have to write a state entrance conducted for the Science stream students or through ICAR exam conducted by NTA. These exams should be attempted after the completion of 12th standard.
