In Private sector salary depends on your knowledge, percentage, degree, personality and performance in interview. Some people get good job and salary without having good degree in other hand you can see people working in average salary with having good degree. .After doing Msc CS from good collage you can expect a starting salary of 10 to 15 thousand and after experience it may increase.
