There is compulsory training (under practicing CS or a firm or company) that you need to undergo like if you opt training after completing final you need to take 1 year training.

You are B.tech Guy so you can apply for various jobs Now it depends on you either private job or government job.
Private Job : Search for your branch related Job.You have not mentioned your branch so I can not guide you more.A single suggestion from my side is : Expertise in one subject from your branch.
Government Job : It is the right time to start your preparation for Govt Exam.You can go for various Govt Exam Bank, SSC , Railway & other . Start there preparation from so you can crack them in first & second attempt.
I will suggest you to focus on two exams mainly : IBPS PO & SSC CGL .The syllabus is almost same for both .

I would recommend you to go for security specialist professionals. These jobs are highly payable and in high demand as most companies need them to protect their own data. These jobs work on the same logic that the best thief can protect the data in the best way.

The minimum or maximum are similarly offered by the recruiters to both the IITTM campus, And around, Rs.15k minimum and Rs.30-35k maximum for freshers, as best of my knowledge. And now talking about the exposure in IITTM noida campus is also high as it is in NCR region.
