At the time of my admission, I went through the following procedure:
1. Filled up the admission form and the hostel form.
2. Made the Demand Draft of the required amount (for college admission)
3. Made the three affidavits (including the hostel)
4. Made the Medical Certificate in the prescribed format
5. Took all the original documents along with two photocopies (if in case required) related to Class 10th and class 12th, rank card and admit card of WBJEE and the provisional certificate during counseling.
If you get a seat in the hostel, then you have to make another Demand Draft for it.
Please follow the notice board daily for updates. There might be some changes from the above procedure.
