Mechanical engineering.

Every university has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
Overall, in order to pursue masters degree from universities in Canada, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GRE score of 300-320 plus.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus or TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.

When in college she can either take Humanities subject with English being one of them so that she can do M.A. /M.Phil / PhD in Engish literature. Alternatively she can take fine arts. For fashion designing she would have to appear for an exam by N.I.F.T after her 12th is completed. Science subjects (PCM) would help her in this. So after 10th I suggest that she takes science subject (PCM group) so that options for her are open for choosing the stream in the college.A science student of school will find it easy to understand humanities subjects or fine arts or fashion designing in the college. If she chooses Arts subjects in school (XIth & XIIth) then her options would be confined and she might not be able to develop that analytical & numerical ability which she would be able to do with science subjects. Incase she is sure to take humanities subjects only in college then she can opt for Arts subjects for her XIth and XIIth at school itself.
