You can start as per new UGC guidelines which have allowed to degrees simultaneously. But I would suggest you to explore about distance PGDM in HRM or part time MBA from institutes like SCDL / NMIMS/ IGNOU etc.

Hello Karan, if by placements you mean getting admission in an engineering college then yes you are definitely eligible to get admission. But unfortunately, except for the state of Tamil Nadu admission to engineering colleges across India or given based on some or the other and turns exam conducted by the concerned state government and hands direct admission after HSC is not possible.

Yes, you can but it mainly depends on the rank. You will surely get one if there is an NIT in your home state. Even without hone state you will get it. I studied at NIT Kurukshetra
My friend's rank 6Lacs. Plus ST plus home state he got CS in my college
Last SC rank in my college was around 2 lacs.

Hence I would strongly recommend that you download the Shiksha college predictor. 2017to18 was the first batch of Sandip University so the cutoff is 45480. So, it wll take more 2 to 3 years (according to course) for 1st passout batch. At this point, we cannot say, how will be the placement!
But, I am damn sure, that the college won't miss this opportunity of placement for future advertising, as it'll be the first batch of University & Face of new University
