Dear Child,
In my opinion, generally, you do not need BOTH for job in India. You may find it useful IF you plan to go abroad for studies or jobs. However if you have the time, I suggest you learn French- as it one of the operational languages in whole of Europe (& Germany)+ African Continent. In general I tell youth to learn English+ Hindi for whole of India & French for Europe + Africa & Arabic or Urdu for whole of Gulf-i.e you can easily go round the WHOLE WORLD with these four languages. Also get a job abroad with good remuneration- you can settle down in life & RETIRE BEFORE age 35. Best Answer !

Hi Puranam,
There is no integrated course for IPS. You need to complete your graduation and then you have to write the CSAT Exam.
For general category 30 years is the min age limit and for other backward classes category 36 years is the age limit and for SC/ST 37 years is the age limit.
All the Best!
