As you want to do MBA degree in correspondence not PGDM you are to go with University. I think you can go with any university like IGNOU, ANNA etc. For IGNOU admission you are to appear Openmat EXAM. You can better take any stream like HR MGNT/ OPERATIONS Mgnt/ MKTG MGNT based on your choice.

I think - It is always better to have work experience of 2 - 3 years after B.Tech and then go for MBA from a good B-School ,specially it is recommended for you as you have clearly stated that you are from middle class family background. So first try to have a job - get work experience and then go for full time MBA where your earned money can give you financial support also.
