It depends on which field interests you. You can go for B.Tech in CS CSE, BCA you can also do mechatronics, robotics, AI etc. IT is a very wide career option.

It depends upon your cv, while the course is very good, but if your college reputation is not good or your academic performance is poor then you should not expect a good placement.
