Please remember there are several eligibility criteria's that have to be considered while considering an Executive MBA course.
To pursue Executive MBA one needs to have at least 3 years of work experience and a bachelor's degree from recognized university.
There are some colleges that insist on aspiring students having a post graduate degree too as a criterion.
Other than this, depending on the institute's requirements, the aspiring students would have to clear the entrance exams, the group discussions and the personal interview rounds.
In order to pursue full time MBA program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
As you scored 42% in graduation so as per your profile I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks.
The other option for you would be to pursue MBA through distance education.
