Once you fill the application form you ll get call for interview.
They take 2 rounds of interview.

Here are the language options for JEE:
The JEE Main paper is printed predominantly in 2 languages viz. English and Hindi. The examination center cities for JEE in Gujarat, Daman and Diu, and Dadra and Nagar Haveli have a third option of Gujarati. Therefore, we can say that Main paper comes in a total of 3 languages namely, English, Hindi and Gujarati, where Gujarati option is region limited. The paper for those candidates opting for English language for JEE will come completely in English, but the candidates opting for Hindi will get the paper in both English as well as Hindi. The candidates applying for the CSIR NET Exam is eligible if BS 4 years programme with graduation in (B.Tech /B.E/MBBS/B.Pharma /M.Sc/ or Equivalent degree with at least 55% marks for general /OBC candidates and 50% marks for SC/ST, Physically and Visually handicapped candidates. Those enrolled for M.Sc. Or completed 10+2+3 years of the above exams are also eligible. There is no age limit for the NET Exam but you must not exceed age more than 28 years for General Candidates. For reserved and women students, there is 5 years of age relaxation.

Don't say that you are changing your stream from Maths to Management. Just write that you are willing to continue to applying your Maths skills to take managerial decision. What you all just need is to explain the relationship between maths and quantitative management and say that this is the best combination for the job. I Hope you are writing SOP for a big MNC and you probably have done your PG in Finance. Just explain that how you have applied your mathematical skills in management to be the effective.
