With 73 percentile (SC), you can qualify JEE Main B.Arch, but for NIT Jaipur or Bhopal, seats usually need higher percentile. Last year SC closing ranks were much better than 73%. So chances are very low.

Based on ratio of admissions to applications, Adler University acceptance rate is 80%. Since stats are on higher end, we can conclude that it is bit competitive university to get in as it admits about half students. Once an applicant fulfills the Adler University admission requirements, i.e., competitive grades, standardized test scores, English language requirements, as well as relevant documents, they are most likely to secure admission in the university. However, students must not take this lightly and apply to the university within the deadlines to get enrolled as student.

To get admission to Patna University through CUET, you need to score well, but the exact cutoff score can vary depending on the course you are applying for. The university sets a minimum eligibility criteria of at least fifty percent in your 12th-grade exams. For a better chance of admission, you should aim for a high CUET score as the competition is quite tough. It's best to check the specific cutoff for your desired programme after the CUET results are announced.

As a reputed college and due to high competition between students the cut off will be 80-90% but there is relaxation for minorities like sc&st as per my view.
