As as per your profile, pursuing MBA would be the best study destination for you as it will further enhance your career prospects.
However please remember with 15 years of education i.e. 10+2+3, UK would be the best study destination for you to pursue MBA, as in order to pursue MBA from Canada you need to have 16 years fo education i.e. 10+2+4.
As per your profile, I would suggest you to continue working for 2-3 years more and then opt for MBA from UK, as in order to pursue MBA from good universities in UK , you need to have atleast 3-5 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. IELTS or TOEFL.

No, I cannot say Mathematics is compulsory as a subject in class 12th for BCA as general eligibility criteria accepted by most of the universities is :
Pass in 10+2 standard in any stream from a Recognized Board of Education.
A minimum of 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English) or equivalent
Certain universities conduct personal interview also for selection process
However, There could be some colleges which prefer students from Science stream or those who have studied Mathematics and Computer Science at 10+2 level.
