If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please in order to pursue this program you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
Please note that without taking management entrance test it would not be possible for you to get admission in this program.
I would request Kamaraju Pulugurtha to share his expert opinion on this.

Students who have done their 12th with PCB that means they want to become Doctor MBBS/ BDS/ MS/ MD etc. depending on their aim in life.
Students who have completed 12th with PCM have lots of option for their career. Now-a-days mostly students do Engineering after 12thhaving PCM.
Engineering is a good option but there are other options also like students can take admission in BBA/ BCA/ B.Sc etc. and you get good jobs after doing BBA, BCA also.

As u said u r much interstd in Java then first do SCJP i.e sun certified java programming
so u will become java proffesional.If u can continue ur education means if there is no financial or family issues den go for regular MCA otherwise correspndnce.
And one more thing learn new framework in java like STRUTS ,SPRIN, JPA, Hibernate, JSF, J2EE, portlet, servlet etc
