Yes, you can take admission in IIT in variety of courses. Like, say, if you want to take admission in B.Tech then you have to appear in IIT JEE.
If you want admission in M.Sc then JAM exam:

Dear Adil,
You have to select your subject stream on the basis of your interest of subject. If you are from bio stream then go for medical course, if you are form maths then go for engineering, if you are from commerce then go for BBA and if you are from arts then go for arts courses.

During the counselling in Delhi, there are Pune campus representatives who will assist you in taking the admission in Pune campus. The date for counselling is April 24 in BVIMR, New Delhi.
