A good number of institutes offer a management degree in the field of agriculture. However, from all that I have surveyed, hardly any B-school offers an online / distance learning / correspondence program in the interested program. However, University of Hyderabad offers Post graduate diploma in Technological Management Agriculture (PGDTMA) as distance mode of education.
You may consider the following for a MBA in Agri Business Management :
• Symbiosis Institute of international Business
• Amity Institute of Organic Agriculture
• FMS BHU
• Acharyas Bangalore B-Schools, Business
• Banaras Hindu University
I hope this helps!
