Hi Bharath,
Please note that there are several eligibility criteria’s that have to be considered while considering an Executive MBA course.
To pursue Executive MBA one needs to have at least 3 years of work experience and a bachelor’s degree from recognized university.
There are some colleges that insist on aspiring students having a post graduate degree too as a criterion.
Other than this, depending on the institute’s requirements, the aspiring students would have to clear the entrance exams, the group discussions and the personal interview rounds.

After B.com, you have two option, i.e. to go for higher studies or opt for a job.
If you wish to go for higher studies, then you can pursue:
M.com
MBA.
Msc Finance and many more course.
All the course mentioned above are god course to pursue and offers good career prospects and growth opportunities.
Before opting for a course you must first decide in which field you wish to build your career and accordingly you can select the best course.
How ever if you are interested in pursuing MBA, it would be advisable for you to work for 2-3 years after completing your graduation and then opt for MBA.
