Must read dis. If you have below 60% in 10th there is nothing to worry, even having below 60% in 12th is also not an issue.
To the best of my knowledge there isn't any field in Commerce or Corporate sector where student having percentage lower then 60% will not find his.her way to success. Yeah if anybody have percentage lower then 50% then its a matter to worry.
