As per your profile pursuing MBA or PGDM would be the best option for you as it will further enhance your career prospects.
As per your profile, I would suggest you to take CAT-2013 and various other management entrance tests like MAT, XAT, etc and score well so that you may get admission in good B-school.
The other option for you would be to work for 2-3 years and then opting for MBA, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
