If u want to study both fields, then u can pursue one course a full time course and other as a distance education.
to be an architect u need a b.arch degree. and there are no colleges that provide a distance education for that.
so . u can join a good college for b.arch. and pursue b.com from distance education.
u can do b.com from IGNOU or DU or whichever university u like.
dont get confused.
when in doubt ,just ask .
hope i clarified a few things.
if u need more help,then do ask

Pass with 70% aggregate marks in 10+2 or equivalent (with Physics, Mathematics and English).
