in case of Science understand the concepts properly dont just mug up.For english read your textbook or even a english newspaper improve your grammar .For maths solve as much sums as possible and also refer last year papers of cbse. Just refer last year paper dont just depend on them.

Yes, the eligibility criteria for appearing in XAT exam is to hold a Bachelor's degree or in the final year of it. The 12th percentage is not a bar for admission.
