B.Ed is a comparitively lower grade degree as it is for undergraduation whereas M.Com (//M.Com) is a masters degree which you have already completed. YOu are very well eligible for B.Ed.
B.Ed course is 2 year course which you can pursue from any institute near you.
General eligibility criteria include:
The minimum qualification required for entry into B . Ed . course is Bachelor of Arts (B.A), Bachelor of Science ( B .Sc.) or Bachelor of Commerce ( B .Com.) form a recognised board/university with at least 50% marks.
However different uniersities have different eligibility criteria.

Firstly, German language course fees depend upon the institute & the platform from which you are taking it. If you want to take it online then the fees structure will be different. I prefer you coursera for the e learning. Now, if you want to take it offline then it depends upon your location also. The level of language also play an important role in it. If you want to learn b1, b2. C2 level German language, then definitely fees will high.

It is very nice to know that you are interested in doing your career in small Science. If I may ask as to what is small Science? There are enough opportunities for career in Science. Yes, it is possible to do B.Sc Zoology on the basis of your class 12th, if you had biology/biotechnology as a subject and good marks.
