The seat cutoff for VIT University's will be around 7,000 to 14,000 or something for almost every Campus or it may vary a little bit but for sure tou will not be able to get seat in Computer Science engineering at top VIT University branches but you can have a chance in new campuses like Amravati and Chennai. Yes is there a change to get in ECE or it department.

It depends upon how many attempts you take to clear your exam. Normally it takes 2-3 years for students to clear it in 1-2 attempts. The more attempts the more it will take time.
