Hello,
ICT has 70% of seats reserved for state candidates I. e. through CET. And the rest 30% of seats through JEE Mains. At 96.7 percentile, I guess there is a good chance that you get admitted to B.Tech courses. As their cutoff is lower compared to B. Chem. So yes, there is a chance. But note that it also depends on other factors like number of students applying for those 30% seats. If all goes well, SEE you at ICT Mumbai.

For a regular programme like M.Com with job is pretty hectic for students to manage. Along with professional courses, it won't be possible to do. You will end up ruining everything. Either do part- time M.Com with student job. Regular won't be possible to execute.
