The candidate with 10+2 and PCM background needs to appear for the joint entrance examination (JEE) main. after the JEE main, candidates need to apply through JOSAA counselling. IPMAT selection procedure includes
Submit Application Form: Candidates who satisfy the eligibility criteria must submit their Application Form. One candidate submitting multiple forms with minor changes will not be accepted. Aptitude Test: Candidates who are eligible for the exam will be called for the Aptitude Test in to be held in 34 test centres (eligibility based on the form submitted). Candidate Selection: Eligible candidates for Personal Assessment are created for candidates who have positive raw score and minimum marks in all 3 sections of the paper. The cutoff depends on category. Candidates who have not been selected will receive a regret letter. PA Shortlist: Personal Assessment Shortlist will be created from the candidates selected at stage 3 from all categories using the merit list generated from ATS score. Shortlisted candidates will now appear for Personal Assessment. A consistent and minimum performance is expected in all parameters of the PA (decided by admission committee). Final Selection: Candidates who have MET the minimum parameters in the previous stage will be considered for considered for the final selection. The first phase of the IPMAT selection procedure 2022 requires students to register for the exam, followed by the second phase in which students have to appear for IPMAT 2022 entrance test.
