This position provides support to the finance and accounts department performing duties of an entry level employee up to more complex duties of staff in higher levels.
Duties include basic accounting functions, receivables and payables, taxes and payroll.
Essential Functions-
1. Manage the daily mail functions.
2. Process invoices and payments.
3. File and duplicate reports.
4. Manage customer, vendor and employee inquiries.
5. Research customer, vendor and employee issues.
