You will have enough time to prepare for CA .
If you give time to graduation you will clear papers with good Marks
Cons :-
If you are not self disciplined and focused, you may loose track.
I am sure you will be focused, go ahead with Graduation from IGNOU and prepare for CA . For CA will suggest to Join CA Private Classes!

To be clear I don't think so but there might be chances, you can compare your rank with previous year stats of closing rank at NIT Manipur in opening and closing rank tab on JoSAA. Nic. In. Your AIR is low so if you are planning to prepare and try again then be focused and try your level best and if you are planning to join college this year then you can give it a try in counselling.
