You cannot get direct admission in NSIT. You first have to clear JEE Mains and get a rank under 4000 to get CS or if you are from reserved category different cutoffs ranks are required and the chances of getting admission in NSIT is depends on category you belongs to.

No, an autonomous college is not the only type of college that can provide B.Tech degree programs. Both autonomous and non-autonomous colleges can offer B.Tech degree programs.

The fees for B.Tech students is:
1st year- 1.5 lakh+
2nd year-1.3 lakh
3rd year-1.25 lakh
Final year-1.3 lakh
The scholarship depends upon the exam that you given the UPSEE exam or not. If your rank is good then definitely you get a scholarship.
It also depends upon in which category you are like general ,SC, ST, OBC.
