The authorities have not announced any official details regarding how the print outs of TS ECET admit card should be. Candidates can carry either black and white or coloured print outs of the TS ECET hall ticket to the examination centre. However, the candidates will be required to present a physical copy of the admit card, otherwise they will not be allowed to enter the centre. No soft copies of the admit card will accepted by the authorities.

No, there is no negative marking in PERA CET. The exam is of two hours duration, and the total marks of exam is 200. In Physics, 25 MCQs will be asked each of 2 marks. In Chemistry, there will be 25 MCQs of 2 marks each. But in Mathematics, 50 MCQs will be asked for 2 marks each. The question paper for the UG course is designed based on the Class 12 syllabus, and for the PG course, the PERA CET paper is designed based on the respective degree-level syllabus.
