To be eligible for Indian Institute of Information Technology Surat’s BTech programme, a candidate must pass Class 12 from a recognised board with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects and one out of Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational as an optional subject with a minimum of 75% aggregate.

IIT Hyderabad stands out as the top option for BTech programmes among IIT Tirupati, IIT Palakkad, and others. Based on the NIRF rating for 2023, which places IIT Hyderabad in eighth place, this conclusion may be drawn that these universities are ranked higher overall. IIT Hyderabad is the favoured choice due to its higher rating because the tuition costs for BTech at these institutions are the same at INR 8 lakh. IIIT Surat offers BTech programme across two specialisations:

Candidates seeking admission to any of the aforementioned BTech specialisation must have a valid JEE-Main based on which the candidates will be selected for counselling process followed by document verification and fee payment.

The minimum overall CAT score required to be shortlisted for the DMS IIT Delhi MBA programme is generally around 90 percentile. Whereas, there might also be sectional cut-offs for the Quantitative Aptitude (QA), Verbal and Reading Comprehension (VRC), and Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning (DILR) sections of the CAT exam, it's somewhat at least 80 percentile in each section. While the minimum cut-off is 90 percentile, the actual CAT score required to secure a seat at DMS IIT Delhi is usually much higher.

It’s a pre-approved loan scheme subject to submission of required documents by students. The loan is sanctioned by the campus branch itself. It is a collateral free loan has lower interest rate, interest subsidy during moratorium period whose family income is below INR 4.50 Lacs & no processing fees. The first semester fees paid to the institute is also reimbursable.

Yes, SJMSOM offers a BTech and MBA integrated courses named as Inter-Disciplinary Dual Degree Program (IDDDP) in Management is an MBA with specialisation offered to fourth year BTech/ BS/ Dual Degree to students of IIT Bombay. Candidates who are at the end of their sixth semester with the approval of DUGC can apply for the IDDDP programme at SJMSOM. They need to secure 7.0 CGPA in the sixth semester to get admission.

There is no such management quota for admission to any of the programmes offered at SJMSOM, IIT Bombay. SJMSOM, IIT Bombay courses admission are completely entrance exam based. Candidates seeking admission to any of the course at SJMSOM must have valid score in the required entrance exam as mentioned in the eligibility and selection criteria for that particular programme.

Candidates should have valid score in any of the entrance exams such as UGC-JRF/ UGC-NET/ CSIR-JRF/ GATE/ CAT/ GMAT/ GRE and candidates should write a research proposal (1500 words) on a topic of their interest in place of Statement of Purpose. It should contain problem identification, brief review of literature, anf methodology. Besides, aspirants must also fulfil the eligibility criteria to get admission in the PhD programme.

Candidate seeking admission to the MBA programme at SJMSOM, IIT Bombay must take the CAT exam as SJMSOM inducts candidates for the MBA programme based on a valid score in CAT. Candidates having valid minimum CAT overall and section wise percentile as mentioned in the cut-off list released by the SJMSOM, IIT Bombay will be shortlisted for Personal Interview (PI) round. The final merit list for candidates selected for the MBA programme at SJMSOM, IIT Bombay will be based on candidate’s composite score of different parameters whose weightage are given below:
