But many civil students also get jobs in IT, consultancy, banking, government exams.

Yes, the students will have to pay the BITSAT counselling fee. To be registered for the counselling process, a fee of INR 1000 has to be paid. If the students fail to pay the fee before the final date, then they will not be considered for the allotment and admission process.
