Well, first of all you must define what is a good branch according to you.
In my opinion, you will definitely get a branch in CET but this rank be enough to get a seat in CSE for sure is nearly about 43400 (unless you belong to the reserved category).
You can opt for other branches with this rank. If you really wanna go for CSE then you can just take up any branch in CET and then change it to CSE(43400) so this is the latest cutoff in your second year by obtaining a good GPA.
The final words being a student of CSE would be (a good branch would not help you get a good job). Once you step into CET you would realize that all the stars of CET

If someone is doing online degree from Manipal University, Jaipur then he/she can also give CAT exam with this degree but if he / she wants to take admission, they must get good score in CAT.
