It is said that the faculty of TCET is efficient. There are experienced professors and young teaching staff onboard. The teachers are cooperative and are involved in student affairs. They guide through several academic as well as co-curricular activities. Many of the faculty members possess Master's or other advanced degree qualifications and work in their respective areas for research and development.
However, some of the criticisms noted challenges, such as staff weaknesses in some areas that would contradict individualized attention to students.
