No, the Government College of Engineering, Chandrapur (GCOEC) does not offer 100% scholarships, but it does offer scholarships to students from minority backgrounds and meritorious students.

Satisfactory meal provision to students is undertaken in the Government College of Engineering hostel at Chandrapur. Quality is mostly fair, taking the standards for hostels in consideration; however, its taste and varieties are at large discretion. The hostel mess is quite focused on supplying nutrient-rich diets for a sound student population. In similar fashion with many other hostels, complaints regarding quality tend to vary with time.
