The required documents for the B.E. / B.Tech application process at Raj Kumar Goel Institute of Technology (RKGIT) can be categorized into two main groups:

AKTU Seat Allotment Letter (or UPCET / JEE Main Rank Letter): This depends with the entrance examination you did when you were joining the university. AKTU is abbreviation of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, UPCET stands for Uttar Pradesh Combined Entrance Test while JEE (Main) is short for Joint Entrance Examination (Main).

Both sides' copy of Aadhar Card: Government issued ID proof.
High School Marksheet & Certificate (Class 10th): The performance of your studies in the previous academic year, i.e., ten standard.
Intermediate Marksheet & Pass Certificate (Class 12th): from the marks of the 12th standard your academic performance.
Migration Certificate (if applicable): This is necessary only in case you have passed 12th board from any board other than Uttar Pradesh Board (UP Board).
Transfer Certificate: From your previous school/college contracted or offered to you.
Character Certificate: Which you have obtained from your previous school/college.
Other Documents:

Category Certificate (if applicable): For SC/ST/OBC or other reserved categories All costs that are unauthorized and unforeseen i.e. any additional expense incurred in the organization.
Affidavit for Gap in Studies (if applicable): In case there is a gap between the year you wrote your 12th and your current application year, you must write an affidavit stating the reason (with the stamp and notory).
Parents' (Father or Mother) Domicile Certificate: Evidence of residence of your parent.
Income Certificate issued by Tehsildar: Proof of your family income.
Undertaking of Anti-Ragging by Student & Parents/Guardian: Anti ragging statement on a document.
Passport-size photographs: Yours and your parents'.
Fee Receipt: Certified copies of the Board application fee (may be requested).
Additional Documents (if applicable):

Other certificates for Armed Forces/Freedom Fighters/Physically Challenged: If relevent to your circumstances.
Medical Certificate: May be necessary in several situations.
Latest Salary Slip/ITR Return (Parents): The parent’s proof of income might be required as well (might be).
Proof of Residence (Parents): Any of the below: Voter ID Card, Passport, Aadhaar Card, Utility Bills etc. (may be).
