Since you have completer your 10th a three year diploma from a polytechnic college might interest you after which you can opt for lateral entry admissions to a B Tech programme. AMIE/AMIETE/AMAeSI/AMIME/AMICE etc are considered equivalent to B Tech.

XLRI offers you a GMP program which is equivalent to a one year full time executive MBA program. The program is quite rigorous in academics but as far as placements are concerned, the program is unsatisfactory in terms of the roles/packages offered and 100% placements being not achieved.

No, not a must. Computer Programming is independent of IITs. But IIT surely give you better base.

Hello Gaurav, FORE has two programs, the flagship PGDM and the PGDM IBM. The college doesn't disclose the package of IBM separately. All the 240 students sit for their placements together. The average package for the batch of 2012-14 was around Rs. 8 lakh.
The expected cutoff for PGDM IBM should be around 85-88 percentile.
