Hello Shrutee Ghume, for doing your graduation in engineering in the field of Food Technology you need to clear the entrance exam prescribed by your state if you are interested in taking admission in the colleges in your state or JEE Mains or JEE Advanced for admission in NIT for IIT. For the courses in food technology biology is not compulsory even though it is preferable to have one. Hello Ved, after completion of your graduation in engineering in the branch of ECE you are not interested in doing your post graduation in engineering in branches of either production or industrial engineering. Is this right? Now a days majority of institutions accept scores of GATE examination which is the entrance examination for admission in PG courses of engineering. Here you need to select the correct paper to appear for and then you can get admission in the branch that you desire. Best wishes to you.
