Hi Mahesh, BBA i.e. Bachelor in Business Administration provides an insight on several of the managerial roles. This is a graduation level course. Like all other course there are some eligibility criteria's for those interested in joining the course.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :
-General age bar is a minimum of 17 years and maximum 22 years
-Passing Higher Secondary or equivalent is a must
-Minimum of 40% in the qualifying exam
-English should be one of the subjects
After BBA, you may opt for MBA, MCA, PG Diploma courses in Finance, IT, etc. And other certification courses like ICWAI, CA, APTECH, SAP, etc.

A combination of work experience with the degree you already have would likely make you more marketable.
