To apply for CTET if you apply for primary stage teacher then you must have passed 12th with 45% marks. If you want to apply for Elementary Teacher, then you should have graduation with 45% marks and 12th pass with 50% marks.

I don't think anything like this will be possible because B.Ed is either with graduation or after graduation. The minimum qualification required to get admission in B.Ed is Bachelor of Arts B.A. Bachelor of Science B.Sc. Or Bachelor of Commerce B.Com and other graduation from a recognised Board/University with at least 50% marks.
