You can pursue from either. The important thing is that you should be able to find success in first attempt. Factors that should be considered while deciding upon any institute- Course-ware, Practice Tests, Success Rate.
Preparing for UPSC requires combination of smartness and hard work. Do the right things to gain an edge over your competition:
*Get the right books for Prelims
*Start preparing at least 10 months before
*Solve past year questions to test yourself on regular basis
*Cover the scoring sections early
*Cover the syllabus strategically. Don't go for a "prepare all" approach for prelims
*Balance paper 1 and 2
I would suggest you to spend quality time everyday by reading journals, magazines, newspapers, etc. You may also refer the books below:

To apply for the course, please request for the application form by depositing the application charges through our payment gateway at http://www.ismsedu.org/applyonline.php. Application processing cost is Rs. 1000 (Rupees One Thousand Only) and you can do the online transactions by using your ATM Card/Debit/Credit Card. The application form received by email, should be filled up and then signed and scanned back to the email id admissions@ismsedu.org for processing and interview scheduling. Seems too much confusion going on in your head.
First question , is GNIIT a good option along with BCA? Yes, but it depends on the institute location and the faculty also., and the course you will opt.
Will you be eligible for MBA from IIM-A. Yes, you will be.
Also you want to opt for MCA.
It seems you are not clear what you want to do after BCA.First try to answer this question. If you want to do MBA then why MBA, if MCA then why MCA?
opting for too many options at a same time will not help. If you want to opt for MBA, save the money you will give for GNIIT and invest in getting coaching for MBA or MCA. Which ever you opt.
Above all, if you can not afford the higher education, then opt for GNIIT and look for Job.
