Seems too much confusion going on in your head.
First question , is GNIIT a good option along with BCA? Yes, but it depends on the institute location and the faculty also., and the course you will opt.
Will you be eligible for MBA from IIM-A. Yes, you will be.
Also you want to opt for MCA.
It seems you are not clear what you want to do after BCA.First try to answer this question. If you want to do MBA then why MBA, if MCA then why MCA?
opting for too many options at a same time will not help. If you want to opt for MBA, save the money you will give for GNIIT and invest in getting coaching for MBA or MCA. Which ever you opt.
