Please remember MBA is offered by universities, whereas PGDM is offered by AICTE approved institutes.
Both these course have almost the same syllabus, so you may pursue any of these course.
However, please remember while taking admission your emphasis should be more on taking admission in good universities or institutes.
You may consider some of the below mentioned points while selecting a university/institute for pursuing MBA/PGDM:
*Accreditation of the institute.
*Institute's infrastructure.
*Teaching faculty.
*Specialization offered.
*Past placements records.
*Tuition fees.
*City preference.
*Industry interface.
In order to get detailed information regarding course curriculum, placements, faculty members etc it would be always advisable to browse through the official website of institutes or universities where yo wish to take admission.
If possible, you may personally visit institutes or universities, and talk to the students studying there, and take there feedback regarding faculty, teaching methodology, placements etc, all this will help you to take decision regarding which institute or university to join.
The other option for you would be to work for 2-3 years and then opting for MBA, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
This work experience of yours would give you competitive advantage over other candidates with no work experience during MBA admission.
Finally, if you work for some years then you may yourself manage the expenses of your further studies.

*General Eligibility Criteria:-
Aspirants who have done their BCA, BBA or B.Tech can apply for the MCA course. Students who have finished their graduation in science can also apply. These students must have studied Mathematics as a subject in class 10+2. There is no age limit regarding the admission to this course.
*Academic Eligibility Criteria:-
Students who would like to join the MCA course must have a pass in graduation with more than 60 percent marks.

After completing BBA or B.com, pursuing MBA would be the best option for you as it will further enhance your career prospects.
Please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in 'ANY FIELD' with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
So, you may opt for any course at undergraduate course as per your interest and liking.
