As you have done your B.Tech in civil then the best option for you will be M.Tech and that too in your relevant domain. I think you should go for M.Tech in Structural Engineering. In this course you get a complete knowledge on Structural designs. And with the growing infrastructure in the country there is good demand of structural engineers. Some of the colleges like UPES provide added specialization in this degree by incorporating offshore structures too in their curriculum. In such specialized program you get analysis of offshore structures, learn more about offshore design and installation of offshore structures. Such specializations are added advantage in making good career. Apart from UPES, specialization in off shore structures is available in NIT Calicut too. (May be present at some other NITs and IITs also, I am not sure about it ).

It is possible to pursue 2 courses together, however one has to decide which course to pursue as a regular mode of learning and which from distance / correspondence.
There is difference in Correspondence and Regular course, i would say it varies from one subject to the other also from one degree to the other. However in general a course through distance learning does not have as much value as the regular one so if you can do a regular course, it would hold a lot of importance and thus be a much better option. The acceptability and recognition of a full time course is higher in industry and the long term career gains are good. Correspondence courses are ideally meant for those who are working and cannot leave their jobs to further their education. It is only to leverage ones experience and not so much as a stand alone degree. The employ-ability of a full time degree holder is the most and those with a distance education degree may face a drawback as far as employment options with MNCs are concerned. However, what is also relevant is your experience; skills and profile should match the profile needed for the job and organization. Thus it would be best for you to pursue a full time course.

1. Graduates or Post Graduates from Commerce stream having secured in
aggregate a minimum of 55% of the total marks or its equivalent grade or other
Graduates or Post Graduates having secured in aggregate a minimum of 60% of
the total marks or its equivalent grade in the examination conducted by any
recognised University (including Open University).
2. Candidates who have passed the Intermediate level examination or its
equivalent examination by whatever name called conducted by The Institute of
Cost Accountants of India or by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
