A total of 30 companies recruited students with HR specialisation while 20+ MNCs students of IT specialisation. Some of the companies which offered the highest packages included IT Companies Amazon & Mindtree which offered 28 LPA and 14 LPA respectively, Financial & Consultancy Global firm Deloitte, which offered Rs. 8 LPA package to MBA students. Besides that ICICI Bank made record number of 95 selections in a single day during campus placements 2019-20. There has been a surge of 30% in the Multi-Nationals offering a package of Rs. 5 Lacs or more and the number has touched 50 this year. The total number of offers made to the engineering students also saw a rise of 60% in comparison to last year. Of the total 240 Engineering sector companies, more than 100 MNCs offered pay-package of more than 5 LPA while number of companies offering package of more than 10 LPA touched 25 this year. It is notable that the highest package of Rs. 35 LPA was offered by TOP Company. There has been a jump of 20% in the number of Five Star Hotel Chains which recruited the Hotel Management students while there is an increase of 30% in the number of offers as compared to last year. The total number of offers touched 343 which included 53 offers from top-notch five-star international and national hotel chains. The highest package offered during campus placements is 18 LPA offered by Walt Disney, USA. The 2020-21 campus placements for the students of UIPS (University Institute of Pharma Sciences) witnessed 27 top-notch pharmaceutical companies visiting the varsity campus. Major companies such as Roots Analysis, Sagacious Research, OMICS international, Pharmaffilities Analytics & Synthetics Ltd, Apollo Hospitals Enterprises Ltd, IDS Infotech Ltd, Amazon India, Health Biotech, GSK Smith line, Chola MS Cipla, Fresenius Kabi, WNS Global Services, GMH Organics, Apothecaries Clinical Research, etc. Were among the top recruiters who extended placement offers to the passing out batch of the pharma sciences students. Apart from it, the University Institute of Pharma Sciences has successfully filed over 11 Patents with 200+ Research Publications, 4+ Books, 25+ Book Chapters.

I don't really know about other colleges but there is PCTE Group of Institutes in Ludhiana which is offering B.A. In Journalism and the college is really good. I in fact have studied from there and would assure you that you would learn a lot of things when you get enrolled in the course be it in print or electronic media. PCTE, however is ranked the 2nd &10th in the country (Iims included) on the Return on Investment parameter by OUTLOOK Magazine. The same survey ranked us 25th on the parameter of Personality Development. To add on, the college is known for providing practical knowledge to its students where you guys would be working on drones, gimble, and other sophisticated gadgets. Also, you would be engaged to work in a sound proof studio where mixing and editing computers, software and equipment are used by the students. And believe me once you graduate that would help you a lot. Having said that the college would also help you to develop your personality you would have n number of activities that you could enrol yourself in be it literary, creative, stage events and many more. Once you complete your graduation the college also provides placement opportunities so you don't really have to look for a job. You can checkout the college once, its really good saying out of my personal experience.

Dear Student, Subject wise tips, General Knowledge:
1) Current affairs: Refer as many sources as you can, instead of mugging up from one website refer ten sources and you will notice that it will be too tough for your brain to forget those repeated questions. Two advantages if you follow this rule. Firstly, you will get more information about the same news from different sources. Secondly, repeated news will be most important and by the time you refer 10 sources, all important news wouldve already been registered in your mind. Mostly, GK section will be dominated by Current affairs that mostly cover news from November to April.
2) Static part: This part starts with a bummer, you really cant mug up this one. So, read some very basic questions and watch a couple of videos available on YouTube. If you could give a little bit more of you in this section you will have an edge over others because most of us don't care about this part and just tries to throw random guesses. Legal Aptitude:
1. The most interesting section needs a lot of practice and endless hours of discussion with your peers or faculty members.
2. Practicing past year papers all you have to do.
3. Legal knowledge is also important. Logical Reasoning:
Books will give you basic understanding but if you have to solve the question in the exam you need to know how to solve it within a couple of seconds which can only be learned with the help of mocks. After 12th, if you wish to pursue Law you have to go for Integrated course B.A. LL.B. BBA LL.B. But if you wish to pursue LL.B. You will have to do graduation first and then LL.B. Which will be of 3+3= 6 years duration while the integrated course will save one year as it is of 5 years. You should pursue the integrated course if you are certain that you want to become a Lawyer or Judge or Academician but if you have certain doubts as to whether this is the only career you want. You should pursue graduation in any stream and then LL.B. 3 years. You will have ample of time to think about your future in those three years of your graduation.
