Admission Pathways at KMEC

1. Category A (Through TS EAMCET)

Typically, 70% of seats are allocated via the state's TS EAMCET merit-based counselling process. 

2. Category B (Merit-Based / Management Quota)

To get admitted to the MBA programme conducted by the Asian School of Business, applicants are required to have completed a bachelor's degree in any discipline from any recognised university with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks. Applicants should also have a valid percentile score in a national or state-level management entrance test, i.e., CAT, CMAT, or KMAT. Final year students of graduation are also eligible to apply.

Moreover, candidates from the SC and KST communities are eligible to apply if they have a minimum passing grade in the qualifying degree. SEBC candidates of Kerala State who are certified as belonging to the non-creamy layer are qualified for a 5% relaxation in the minimum marks required for a qualifying degree. The final selection is made on the basis of GDPI round.

Admission Process Overview (UG-Level BPMT)

Eligibility: Candidates must have completed 10+2 with Science subjects from a recognized board. PCM is required for physics/chemistry/mathematics specializations, and PCB is needed for biology-related specializations. Minimum aggregate is around 50% in relevant subjects.
