Hi Asish,
It is your decision if you are willing to waste your one year and invest it in preparing for all the competitive exams for the next academic session i.e- 2016-2018. If you don't want to do that, there are various private universities that are still conducting their own MBA entrance exams. Admissions are still open in Indian Institute of Learning and Advanced Development, Gurgaon, Amity University, Noida and Lovely Professional University, Punjab. So, don't wait up and apply write away if you don't want to waste your one precious year.

Civil services exam are very competitive exams, conducted by UPSE.

Alternatively i would like to suggest you that take admission in some program of your interest in some top university of india like thapar, lovely professional university, VIT. If you clear civil services the leave the university else you can continue your studies without dropping you year.If you dont take admission in next 40-50 days then you wont get it upto next year.
