Dear Milind, I have no idea about every university. But being alumni of LPU, I can share the details of MBA placements at LPU. Every year more than 550+ companies visit LPU for placements. LPU has a very good placement and achieved awards for employability also. The main thing for placement that I liked there is that LPU provides placement classes to the students from the first year, which helps students prepare for placement until their final year of the programme. Yes, you can go for it, but both should be from different universities. Both programmes lead to different career path and different knowledge and skills. If you want to be a teacher, then it's good to do B.Ed and if you want to be an HR and interested in corporate sector, then go for MBA.
